Mark as Useful I called chase bank and spoke to a supervisor who informed me that this is a company who registered in various states as "Chase International". Clearly, the are not Chase Bank but use Chase in their BS. The supervisor told me that they are indeed a phishing outfit and have pretend to be debt consolidators. Report to your State attorney general
